Volunteers aid the American Red Cross in providing the safest possible, most reliable blood services to the American people. The American Red Cross is driven by volunteers who realize the importance of giving blood and work towards maintaining a healthy blood supply. A smiling volunteer can be the crucial deciding factor to motivate donors to give blood again. A variety of volunteer opportunities are available and flexible time schedules and locations are offered. Anyone fourteen or older can volunteer and we will work with you to find the position that fits you best. Free training is provided for all volunteer opportunities.
